The Reality
Creative people are carrying
more than their art.
The creative life
asks everything of a person.
Artists, musicians, makers, and performers carry the weight of their craft alongside the pressures of sustaining a creative life. When the body and nervous system don't feel safe enough to open, the work contracts — and so does the person making it.
“The creative process is universal — deeper than any single medium or discipline.”
Mariana Tirsa
The conditions of a creative life — financial uncertainty, performance pressure, the gap between vision and output, the grief of abandoned work, the relentlessness of self-exposure — don't just affect mental health. They affect the body, the nervous system, and ultimately the capacity to create at all.
Most wellness initiatives address symptoms. This work addresses the source: the internal conditions that make creative capacity possible — or impossible — to access.
When artists, musicians, makers, and performers feel regulated, safe, and reconnected to what matters, their work comes alive again. And so do they.

Programs designed for
your community.
Every offering is grounded in somatic practice, nervous system regulation, and a deep understanding of the creative process — not as productivity to optimize, but as a living capacity that needs safety, permission, and room to breathe.

About Mariana
A practitioner who
lives inside the work.
I come to this work not as an observer, but as someone who has lived inside the creative process my entire life. I'm a singer-songwriter and recording artist, a painter, and the daughter of poets and a painter. I grew up understanding that creativity is not a skill — it's a way of being in the world.
That understanding shapes everything about how I work. I don't speak to any single medium. I speak to the creative process itself — the universal experience of reaching toward something that doesn't yet exist, and everything that gets in the way.
I bring 15+ years of integrative clinical experience as a somatic practitioner and mindfulness educator, alongside certifications in MBSR, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic nervous system work. I hold an M.S. in Traditional Chinese Medicine and am a Master Certified Wellness Coach.
I work in English and Spanish, remotely and in person, with individuals and communities across the arts.
