A workshop series on creative sustainability.
Burnout in the arts is often treated as proof of dedication and ambition. This workshop challenges that story directly. Through somatic awareness, nervous system education, and honest conversation about the conditions that deplete creative people, participants learn to distinguish between necessary difficulty and unnecessary depletion.
Together, we examine what a sustainable relationship with creative capacity actually looks like and begin building the behavioural foundations to support it. This is not a productivity workshop. It is an invitation to stop surviving the creative life and start inhabiting it with new tools based on advances made in behavioural science, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness-based stress reduction as applied to the creative person.
Format: 6-week multi-session series | In-person or remote
Best for Arts nonprofits, residency programs, foundations and funders whose grantees are burning out
