The Still Point: Somatic Practices for Creatives in Transition

The Still Point: Somatic Practices for Creatives in Transition A 90-minute online workshop to help you regulate, reconnect, and reclaim your creative ground.

There are moments in life when everything feels like it's shifting—your identity, your energy, your purpose. Whether you're navigating midlife, creative burnout, a career change, or simply sensing that something is ending and something else wants to begin, this workshop is a sanctuary in the in-between.

The Still Point is a guided experience for artists, visionaries, and creative souls over 40 who are seeking clarity, calm, and embodied direction during a time of personal or collective transition.

Through gentle somatic practices, creative reflection, and nervous system support, you’ll learn how to find steadiness in uncertainty—and rediscover your creative voice not by pushing, but by pausing.

What We'll Explore:

  • How to regulate your nervous system during creative or life transitions

  • Simple, restorative somatic practices to ground and re-center

  • Tools to listen to your body’s wisdom (even when your mind is spinning)

  • How to create from the still point—a place of presence and quiet inner knowing

  • You long for space to breathe, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself

  • You’re navigating a big change—and want tools to stay grounded and creative
