The Momentum Circle
A nervous system–led space for steady, sustainable business momentum for solo entrepreneurs.
What to Expect Inside The Momentum Circle
The Momentum Circle isn't a course. It isn't just co-working time.
It's a warm, structured space — somatically informed, mindfulness-based, and community-held — designed specifically for the solo entrepreneur who is done doing it all alone.
Because here's what so many of us know firsthand: building something on your own is exhilarating and exhausting. The cycle is familiar — big vision, excitement, overwhelm, stalled action, self-doubt, new idea, repeat. Over time, that pattern quietly chips away at your confidence, your clarity, and your momentum.
The Momentum Circle was built to interrupt that cycle.
Through small, consistent action — supported by nervous system awareness and the grounding presence of community — we build real, sustainable progress together. Not because you finally found the motivation. But because you stopped trying to do it alone.
The 45-Minute Co-Working Block — Quiet, Focused Progress
This is where things actually move.
You work on one focused task — drafting content, refining your offer, mapping revenue, writing your book, clarifying your messaging, organizing your finances, building visibility — held in the quiet, grounding presence of others doing the same.
The goal isn't intensity. It's completion.
Week after week, you build the felt sense of moving something forward. And that feeling — that embodied experience of progress — gently retrains your nervous system to associate action with safety rather than stress.
Cameras on or off, your choice. No pressure, but not passive either. I hold the space so we stay grounded, focused, and steady together.
The Last 30 Minutes — Small Wins, Allowing for Vulnerability
We close in community.
Each person has the chance to share a win — no matter how small (especially the small ones) — and name their next small but mighty step for the week ahead.
We also give space for the voices of doubt, perfectionism, and fears of visibility as we move into the following week through shared group reflection.
We work with our nervous system here, not against it.
The Final 5 Minutes:
We close with a moment of reflection. What came through for you? What did you notice or complete? You can share in the chat or simply sit with your experience. It’s a grounding, affirming way to mark the progress you made.
Sometimes we do a fun (optional!) group play exercise, sometimes we simply do two minutes of somatic practice. Either way, we wrap on time — so you can get back to your day feeling a little more anchored, a little more empowered toward your goals.
Once a Month: In Progress Day
On the first session of each month, we make space for something special.
In Progress Day is your chance to share what you're working on — whether that's a new offer, a website, a piece of content, a product, or an idea still taking shape. Bring it to the group and ask for what you actually need: feedback, beta testers, followers, shares, or simply a few encouraging eyes on your work. “Feedback” here is held within a structure that supports you and mitigates any criticism or unrequested advice.
This is the Momentum Circle community showing up for you — and you showing up for them. Creative cross-pollination, real support, and the kind of visibility that feels good because it comes from people who genuinely care, with a facilitator guiding the process.
How Each Session Flows
The First 10 Minutes — Settle & Set Your Intention
We start by landing. A brief somatic practice — breathwork, orienting, a moment of stillness — helps your nervous system shift from scattered and overstretched into focused and present.
Then you name one intention for the session. Not your five-year vision. Not your entire launch plan. Just the next small, doable, meaningful step.
That clarity alone is worth showing up for.
Who This Is For
The Momentum Circle is for solo entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, professionals, small business owners, creatives of all disciplines, and anyone building something of their own — a business, a content platform, a book, an offer, or a new income stream.
Whether you're in the early days of launching or pushing toward your next big milestone, you belong here.
We believe momentum is built in small increments, that regulation creates clarity, that community strengthens follow-through, and that sustainable progress beats sporadic bursts every time.
You don't need more ideas. You need a steady, warm container where action actually happens.
