The Momentum Circle
A nervous system–led space for steady, sustainable business momentum.
What Should I Expect in The Momentum Circle?
The Momentum Circle isn’t a class or just co-working time.
It’s a somatically informed, mindfulness-based, creatively facilitated space where we work in community — because humans regulate, focus, and follow through best together.
As solo entrepreneurs, coaches, small business owners, marketing and tech professionals building something of our own, we often live in cycles of big vision → dopamine spike → overwhelm → stalled action → new idea → repeat. Over time, this pattern can lead to fatigue, self-doubt, and a quiet sense of powerlessness.
Momentum Circle interrupts that cycle.
Through small, incremental action — supported by nervous system awareness and co-regulation — we build sustainable progress. Tiny steps calm the threat response, reduce overwhelm, and create consistent dopamine reinforcement tied to completion, not just possibility.
This is behavioral science in action:
Small wins increase self-efficacy.
Repeated micro-actions strengthen neural pathways.
Consistent completion builds identity-level change.
We don’t chase motivation here.
We build capacity.
The Structure
The First 10 Minutes — Regulation & Intention
We begin with a brief somatic grounding practice — breathwork, orienting, or body-based settling — to help your nervous system shift from scattered activation into focused presence.
You’ll then name your intention for the session:
What is the small, meaningful step you will complete today?
Not the entire vision.
Not the five-year plan.
Just the next doable step.
The 45-Minute Co-Working Block — Weekly Momentum
This is where change happens.
You work quietly on one focused entrepreneurial task — drafting content, refining your offer, mapping a revenue stream, outlining your book, clarifying messaging, organizing finances, building visibility — while held in shared presence.
The purpose of this 45-minute block is not intensity.
It’s completion.
Each week you experience the embodied feeling of moving something forward. That felt sense of momentum retrains the nervous system to associate action with safety and progress rather than stress and overwhelm.
Cameras on or off — your choice.
Pressure-free, but not passive.
I facilitate the field so we stay grounded, focused, and steady.
The Final 30 Minutes — Wins & Small but Mighty Steps
We close with structured accountability and community reflection.
Each participant has the opportunity to:
• Name a win — no matter how small
• Identify the next “small but mighty” step for the coming week
This is where identity shifts.
Celebrating small wins strengthens reward circuitry.
Naming a realistic next step prevents avoidance and dopamine crashes.
Publicly articulating it in a supportive group increases follow-through.
Behavioural change research consistently shows:
Incremental action + social accountability = sustainable transformation.
We work with your nervous system — not against it.
The Final 5 Minutes:
We close with a moment of reflection. What came through for you? What did you notice or complete? You can share in the chat or simply sit with your experience. It’s a grounding, affirming way to mark the progress you made.
Sometimes we do a fun (optional!) group play exercise, sometimes we simply do two minutes of mindfulness together. Either way, we wrap on time — so you can get back to your day feeling a little more anchored, a little more you.
The Community
Momentum Circle is for solo founders, emerging entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, wellness professionals, creators, and professionals in marketing or tech who are building something of their own — whether a business, content platform, book, offer, or additional income stream.
We believe:
• Momentum is built in small increments
• Regulation increases clarity
• Community strengthens follow-through
• Sustainable growth beats sporadic bursts
You don’t need more ideas.
You need a steady container for action.
These sessions are drop-in friendly.
Cameras on if possible, kindness always. You’ll find creative companionship here — and a little structure to help you honour your creative vision.
